By accessing or using Koruja (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Koruja is a personal finance management tool that allows you to track income and expenses across multiple accounts, categorize transactions, set budgets, and plan future expenses.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

2. User Accounts

You may create an account using Google OAuth or email/password registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from the Service without our prior written permission.

4. User Content

All financial data you enter (“User Content”) remains your property. By entering data, you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. Koruja does not guarantee the correctness of calculations, insights, or summaries derived from your data.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Koruja and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

We are not liable for financial decisions you make based on information displayed in the Service. The Service is a tracking tool, not financial advice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the application settings.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the application. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, Brazil.
